A twenty percent (20%) non-refundable deposit is required as a down payment on all layaway purchases.
A one-time administration fee, displayed at checkout, is paid to layaway service provider Lay-Buy and is non-refundable.

Layaways automatically expire after 5 months. Customer is not entitled to a refund in exchange for defaulting.

Payments are automated by Lay-Buy via PayPal setup. If a payment is missed, Lay-Buy will auto-attempt payment twice more.
Lack of payment following Lay-Buy's attempts with result in a forfeiture of item and all monies attributed toward item.

Layaway payments are due in increments of at least 20% of the sales price, due on the same date each month.

In the event that the layaway is current and the customer chooses to cancel, the remainder of the deposit monies - less a fee of 20% of the original purchase price for full-priced items, or 40% for sale, clearance, or promotional items - will be issued as store credit.
Store credit will expire one year from the date of cancellation.

Layaways made online must be delivered to the address on the order.
Pick-up in-store orders require a picture ID matching order name and address for completion.
